The Campbell County Public Library’s meeting rooms are intended primarily for library sponsored activities. When the rooms are not in use by the library, they may be used by other organizations for occasional meetings.
The library’s meeting rooms are free and open to the public, except for occasional private social functions (e.g., birthday parties, wedding/baby showers or other celebrations). The library charges a small fee for social functions. The cost can be found in our meeting room and study room policy.
Organizations may not use library facilities for purely social fundraising or commercial enterprises.
No organization’s use of the room may interfere with or disturb the library’s regular operations.
For more information, read the full meeting room and study room policy.
